The role of the Sales Executive is to develop and manage brand awareness according to the brands missions, company policy and procedures and relevant regulations in order to maintain favorable image of the company in the market.

  • Directing and controlling the activities of client relationships in providing superior customer service ensures their experience is worth remembering
  • Immediately handle major customer complaints, verbally or in writing
  • Visiting potential customers for new businesses
  • Negotiate about terms of agreement and close sales
  • Gather market and customer information, and provide feedback on purchasing trends
  • Representing the organization of various exhibitions, events and demonstrations
  • Identify new markets and business opportunities
  • Directing and controlling the improvement of sales processes and maintenance
  • Monitor trends, coordinate and supervise relevant market research and customer activities
  • Reviewing your own sales performance
  • Reach periodic sales targets
  • S1 bachelor degree
  • Minimum 1 year experienced in F&B Industry as Sales Executive or similar positions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Excellent communication skill and teamwork spirit
  • Persuasive, initiative, integrity, and result-oriented person.
