Supervises and coordinates the implementation of all proses and product change management of the Bandung Plant and provide effective customer service coordination to Business Units for Mondelez International operations in line with the category’s annual and strategic goals, and MI requirements.
to ensure that MI / FSSC / ISO guidelines / HSE procedures are observes by following strictly the MBD procedures and work instruction in order to pass audits and this role acts as the document controller for MBD function.
Some of the key accountabilities for this role will include (but are not limited to)
Support and Coordinates all the implementation activities of Product Change Management and its related projects and Customer Services Coordination to all business units for Bandung Plant-Meals, including Request for Change (RFC) for change initiated by Plant Operations.
Coordinates with different Departments as the Primary sites interface between Marketing, R&D, Purchasing and Operations to provide plant inputs, provide data required for costing to Finance.
Support any NPD, product / packaging change and productivity projects trial schedules including ensuring new material checks and the trial documentations are completed prior to trial.
Provides effective customer service to various Business Units- both local and export.
Act as a document controller for MBD, by observe GMP as Guidelines, create a report to support corrective action and ensure MI / FSSC / ISO / HSE as procedures to pass the audit.
to take action and ensure all quality, safety, and any improvement action was reported.
Review and involved in Engineering Design Review, Development and all supporting Engineering work related with Automation control.
Do you have what it takes? Education, qualifications and training
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineer or Automation Engineer.
2- 3 years plus industry experience preferably with exposure to the Food Industry- or pharmaceutical Manufacturing.
Certified in Engineer related training (Automation, Instrumentation), Basic Safety (AK3), involved in Project / Research Instrumentation related will be beneficial.
Good Communication in English.
Strong Project Management Skill.
Having good Knowledge of Best Practices, HACCP and GMP.
Good knowledge of Process Improvement & New Product Development knowledge.
Technical Regulatory, Legal and financial Affairs.
Know how to operate Microsoft Office : (but not limited to) Autocad 2D and 3D, Ms Project, etc.
Good knowledge on the programming system, PLC, HMI, system architectures.
