  • Oversee full spectrum of Human Resources department from recruitment process, employees services, compliance and statutory, industrial relations, organisation development, performance review and talent management.
  • Develop policy, standard operation procedure and guidelines for strategic and sustainable Human Resources Department in recruitment, talent and performance management to align with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to align with business objectives.Profile
  • Must have experiences and track record in managing end-to-end HR department with significant exposure and focus in organization development, performance management, c planning, recruitment HR services, industrial relations.
  • Exposure in driving change management and transformation.
  • Must have relevant industry experience and understanding in mining or infrastructure construction of at least 10 years.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholders management to liaise and bridge the gap between senior management and employees.
