Oversee and manage the performance of a team of Account Executives, including providing regular coaching / mentoringBuild and maintain relationships with the network of Small & Medium Businesses in the districtAssist in employee recruitment, promotion, retention and termination activitiesIdentify skill gaps and conduct training to the sales teamSupervise sales team members on a daily basis and provide guidance whenever neededWork with relevant stakeholders (e.

g. Marketing, etc.) to ensure that sales strategies and merchant activities are aligned with the overall regional and nation-

wide company objectivesEnsure that the sales team follows company policies and procedures at all timesDevelop promotional programs to increase sales and revenue.

Plan and coordinate sales activities for assigned projectsIdentify new sales opportunities within existing merchant accounts by up-

selling and cross-selling existing productsTranslate consumer behavior, market insight, field situation, and market trend to Regional & Head office to refine the overall district strategyWork closely with the account executive on the field, to help or approach personally the key merchants on his / her respective areasBuild strong relationships with top 40 key merchants for business growth in his / her district
