DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Responsibilities : To fulfil and achieve distribution and sales in the online channel To ensure full compliance of sales, price management, promotion and merchandising Distribution Manage internal customers for order management and attend to their inquiries Manage order delivery status Processing Customers purchase orders and expediting delivery schedules Schedule Just-In-Time delivery of goods to improve the usage of resources Liaise with forwarders on shipping arrangement Handle customs on import / export regulatory requirements Co-ordinate with various inter-departments in connection to the orders Responsible to drive process improvement and cost reduction initiatives Serve as contact point between the online marketplace and internal customers Solid understanding of Blibli.

com, Jd.ID, Tokopedia and other online marketplace development process and specifications Identify target outlets, negotiate and implement promotional activities at the highest possible standard Feedback and evaluation of results for sales and marketing Process billing documentation Other cognate duties as and when necessary Job Requirement Work with agencies / vendors to manage the day-to-day execution of brand campaigns on digital platforms.

Assist Marketing Manager on the development & execution of brand campaigns on ATL / BTL / TTL platforms, with a large focus on digital platforms / channels (corporate website, social media, digital media buy, etc).

  • Requirement : 3-6 years of experience in CRM or digital marketing; prior experience in agency / retail / tobacco industry will be a bonus Experienced in developing client-centric marketing campaigns in various online channels Strong analytically and quantitative skills combined with excellent communication & collaborative skills Innovative and creative Commercially focused with strong sense of customer behaviour Digitally-savvy and adept at the management of Content Management Systems / CRM Tools / Platforms Must possess excellent Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint skills Must possess excellent command of the English language A Team player Experience in dealing with customers in Global environment Has some supervisory experience Minimum 3-4 years experiences in order fulfilment, logistics, supply chain and shipping;
