This is a full time temporary position (for 4 months). This position is responsible for handling financial admininstration, starting from journal entry, reconciliation, until report completion.
The responsibilities include :
Enter journal and payment forms of premium suspense, claim, reinsurance, as well as maintain necessary documents.
Handle financial data reconciliation from all related department.
Create and provide required reports to management team (internal) and all of related external parties (AAJI, MoF, and Deperindag).
Supply additional financial data as required from user and related parties.
This candidate must also meet some of the requirements below :
Bachelor Degree (S1) in Finance / Accountancy / Banking / related major.
Have 1-2 years experience in Accounting / Finance area or related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Demonstrate strong stress tolerance with highest level of accuracy.
