For a number of years Tetra Pak Technical Service has been helping our Customers reduce the cost of running our filling lines with Expert Services Consultancy Services.
Tetra Pak are now developing and implementing a wider range of services to meet growing customer demand. To meet this demand we need to expand our capacity in the following geographic region;
Indonesia. The Consultants will implement Consultancy Services reducing customer costs and improving profitability.
There are three levels; Analyst Consultant, Consultant and Senior Consultant
What You Will Do
As a Consultant, you will :
To drive the implementation of Consulting projects and ensure compliance to the Expert Services methodologies for Analysis and understanding of customer operational losses, Implementation of performance improvement
Verifying, refining and developing the effectiveness of such methodologies.
To support the global network of Expert Services staff
To drive growth in technical sales through improvement in customer productivity, development and delivery of innovative new Consulting services.
Who You Are
The succesful candidate will have :
Minimum bachelor degree from reputable university
Candidates should have a detailed knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM),a production management method,within a FMCG manufacturing environment.
Experience in the implementation of a TPM programme covering the Organisation, Pillar set up, methodologies, including a good understanding of cost allocation, auditing and knowledgeable in other continuous improvement methods would best meet our expectations.
Have strong analytical, interpersonal skills, and strong drive to set and exceed challenging objectives and goals through the implementation of the Consulting methodology
Understanding the importance of being tactful in negotiations and the ability to motivate people by choosing the appropriate leadership style in a network environment is also important
Excellent communication skills, process orientation, a positive service mindset and customer focus are all essential to this position.
Have extensive experience dealing with a range of customer issues at management level
Travel requirements are very high (up to 70%), language skills a distinct advantage. The position will be locally based
