To build a relationship with the identified key contacts of the Bank partnership .
To develop those relationships such that the role holder is trusted for his / her knowledge, commitment, honesty and willingness to support and develop their business with Manulife.
TASK AND RESPONSIBILITY
Work with those key contacts (Region Head and Head Office) to develop a workable plan that clearly outlines the objectives of the business, identifies the development needs of the business and specifies the work Manulife can undertake to support the achievement of the development needs, with agreed timelines and measures of success.
To manage Area Business Development Managers, Area Wholesale Managers and Financial Specialist, monitoring activities and ensure code of conduct are being uphold in every activities.
To support bridging between team and bank’s branches and Operations in Head Office in supporting the new business or existing transactions.
To explore key initiatives for a persistence cooperation and continuous business and the process of delivering the goals described in the preferred partnership agreement
Understand and then take ownership for the delivery of the Bank partner's annual sales, business and marketing plans.
Train, develop and motivate the team and branch sales staff to produce the business volumes required. Continually seek to identify knowledge and skill development needs, and then plan and deliver appropriate, detailed product and selling skill training.
Help the Bank to coordinate all sales activities, maximizing incentive programs and sales contests to produce the results.
Understand all contests operating in all banks in order that good ideas / successful contests are shared.
Coordinate and work closely with the key contact of the banks together with Area Business Development to assist them in achieving the pre-determined goals as described in the preferred partnership agreement.
Setting up Work plan with Manulife back office functions to assist with all Bank related issues for all applications received until policy issue and acceptance.
Act professionally at all times, working with honesty and integrity and recognize the need always for complete confidentiality.

A holder of bachelor degree
Experience of at least 7 years and preferably over 7 years gained in a Financial Services organization, likely to be a Bank or Bancassurance Division.
A self driven person with capability to initiate initiative, new projects and strategic approaches to maximize the partnership of companies and bank partners
A person with good communication skill.
Experience in project management on new product initiative, promotion and many other in order to maximize the relationship with bank partner
