Job description

As part of PropertyGuru Group, Southeast Asia’s leading online property group, Rumah.com is looking for a Marketing Manager for Regional Agent Trade Marketing team in our business division.

The role :

Based in Jakarta, this role aims to drive business growth for Rumah.com’s Agent Business, by developing and executing in-

country marketing plans that will improve Rumah.com’s relationship with real estate agent community in Indonesia, and promote the adoption of Rumah.

com subscription and premium advertising services amongst real estate agents, through close partnership with and support for Agent Sales division.

Reporting to the Regional Head of Engagement Marketing and supporting the Regional Head of Monetisation Marketing, the Marketing Manager will play a critical role in planning, development and implementation of localised marketing programs.

These multi-channel marketing programs will be focusing on engaging the agent community (both members and non-members) through communication, content and demand generation strategies that would lead to adoption of and loyalty towards our brand, product and services.

We are looking for candidates that can build and deliver world-class experience to our agent community in the above-mentioned role through understanding our audience’s needs and behaviours and applying communication best practices.

You must be passionate about content, is a master of time and marketing budget management, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, pushing boundaries and thinking creatively.

Content & Communication :

  • Collaborate with the regional team in content and communication strategy conception and content calendar development that ties in with business objectives
  • Localise and execute in-country content and communication initiatives, in a timely and quality manner
  • Develop and manage on / offline brand / service marketing content, including but not limited to electronic direct mailer, blog, help centre content, printed collaterals, event usage materials, sales deck
  • Develop activity / event-triggered customer lifecycle touchpoints and communications to support agent’s success on our platform, drive product / tools / services awareness and adoption, and generate warm leads for sales conversions
  • Curate and create engagement content, including but not limited to articles, blogs, infographics, videos and social media posts on company achievements, innovations, market insights, hot topics, success tips, etc.
  • Manage outsourced content projects, accountable for the timeliness and quality of content deliverables, scope includes : Management of budget, recruitment and payments to freelancers Development of briefs and communications with freelancers for timely and quality deliveries Perform quality and sense checks on both briefs and submitted content
  • Use analytical data to measure, track, and refine content and communication channels to improve effectiveness, and develop campaign post-
  • mortem reports and analysis for future learnings

    On-Ground activation :

  • Collaborate with the regional team in on-ground activation strategy conception and activity calendar development that ties in with business objectives
  • Localise and execute a variety of in-country on-ground activation initiatives, in a timely and quality manner, that includes networking events, thought-
  • leadership events, PR events, trade association partnerships / sponsorships, festive giftings, etc.

  • Manage every detail and aspect associated to the production of an on-ground activation activity including but not limited to budgets, timeline, venue, program, invitations, roles, content, door gifts, etc.

    Pricing & Promotions :

  • Collaborate with the regional and in-country sales team in pricing and promotion strategy conception that ties in with business objectives
  • Execute multi-channel monetisation programs including, product bundling, time-limited sales promotion, new product go-
  • to-market, upsell, cross-sell and renewal campaigns, etc.

  • Use analytical data to measure, track, and refine promotion designs to improve effectiveness, and develop campaign post-
  • mortem reports and analysis for future learnings

    Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of working experience with a strong background in project management, managing deadlines and timelines.
  • Competent in PowerPoint, Word and Excel. Experience in WordPress, Salesforce or Social media is a bonus
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Bahasa, including the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, experience in planning and running events
  • Passion and experience in writing and creating content for the web with a strong sense of aesthetics
