Responsible for product sales, collecting payment, and service customers accordance with customer needs to achieve company profit goals.

Monitoring and Management AR / Collection
Partners with cross functional stakeholders in Finance and BOSC to improve customer service
Customer Partnership / Prospecting
Develop deep knowledge of current and prospective customer’s business. Industry trends and new business opportunities.
Understand and influence customers employees / stakeholders by understanding and leveraging their contributions.
Routine farmer meeting with customer
Field data collection for proof of performance (POP)
Data Collection design and conformance (D&C) and active at D&C discussion
Follow the training program and keep improve understanding the principles of animal nutrition, nutrients, diet formulation, feed production, live production and animal diseases
Ability to travel and willingness to visit poultry farms of various size
Ability to communicate effectively at farm level and executive level. Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 2 years working experience in commercial poultry production or poultry industry more preferred.
Poultry disease diagnosis abilityBasic understanding of commercial farm management.
Good on farm problem solving skills
Good / effective communication skills internally and externally
Ability to lead by influence including those work remotely
Desire to work in highly collaborative team environment
