DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Roles & Responsibilities : Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions in Berca Group Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations Monitor and evaluate training programs' effectiveness and report on them Manage training budget and update projection as required Monitor and update budgetary cost and responsible for any expenses of training activities Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices Manage internal and external communication with trainer, expertise, and vendors Requirements : Maximal 37 years old with bachelor degree Experience and have abilities in training capacity, talent development and L&D program within internal company Excellent communication with fluency in English and computer literate (Ms.

Office) Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals Strong interpersonal skills and meticulous in details Able to make training material Able to conduct multi-task item internally Hard working and able to work both in a team and individually Willing to travel.
