Reporting to the Local Sales Manager, your key areas of responsibility will include, but are not limited to :

  • Responsible for the demand market and demand side budget for Power Grid Division including third party sales, internal sales and channels.
  • Develop business strategies, sales and marketing plans in partnership with local Marketing and Sales team.
  • Oversee the market intelligence process ensuring detailed market analyses of market drivers and trends, key competition and emerging technologies.
  • Produce monthly ad-hoc reports to monitor market progress.
  • Ensure local sales teams are provided with necessary training and receive appropriate accreditation.
  • Work together with Global Sales Marketing, Hub Sales, Marketing and Marketing Communication (Global, Hub & Local) for planning and implementation of marketing activities.
  • Coach, motivate, develop direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies.
  • Requirements : Key requirements include :

  • Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering with knowledge of substation, automation and practices of PLN for substations.
  • Proficient with MS Office, presentation and negotiation skills
  • 5 - 10 years of experience in Utility / Power business with exposure to either turnkey substations / high voltage products or system integration for substations.
  • Familiarity in Infrastructure, Railway, Sea Port, Mining, Steel, Cement, Renewable Energy Projects
  • Preferably EPC background / OEM in Substation business
  • The person should be self-starter, outgoing with ability to engage, build relationships and gain trust.
