Reporting to the Local Sales Manager, your key areas of responsibility will include, but are not limited to :
Responsible for the demand market and demand side budget for Power Grid Division including third party sales, internal sales and channels.
Develop business strategies, sales and marketing plans in partnership with local Marketing and Sales team.
Oversee the market intelligence process ensuring detailed market analyses of market drivers and trends, key competition and emerging technologies.
Produce monthly ad-hoc reports to monitor market progress.
Ensure local sales teams are provided with necessary training and receive appropriate accreditation.
Work together with Global Sales Marketing, Hub Sales, Marketing and Marketing Communication (Global, Hub & Local) for planning and implementation of marketing activities.
Coach, motivate, develop direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies.

Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering with knowledge of substation, automation and practices of PLN for substations.
Proficient with MS Office, presentation and negotiation skills
5 - 10 years of experience in Utility / Power business with exposure to either turnkey substations / high voltage products or system integration for substations.
Familiarity in Infrastructure, Railway, Sea Port, Mining, Steel, Cement, Renewable Energy Projects
Preferably EPC background / OEM in Substation business
The person should be self-starter, outgoing with ability to engage, build relationships and gain trust.
