MAIN RESPONSIBILITY :
To assist the outlet manager in managing the outlet as a successful independent profit center in the F&B Division. He / She will maximize profits, maintain food / beverage / service quality and ensure customer satisfaction consistent with Shangri-
La Experience Standards, through planning, organizing, directing and controlling the operation and administration.
Due to work pass restrictions, only Citizens of Indonesia shall be considered.
Fluent in English (oral and written).
Degree / Diploma in F&B / Hospitality management.
Minimum 03 (three) years of work experience in a similar capacity in an international luxury hotel brand.
A dynamic personality with a strong leadership and motivating skill.
Excellent knowledge of F&B Management.
