DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN RESPONSIBILITIES : Selecting active candidate sources from online databases, contact lists, internal databases, and employee references.

Scheduling and performing all interviews, by phone and in person, with candidates. Effectively manage the candidate pipeline to ensure the continued identification and movement of candidates through the use of candidate relationship development activities, programs, and communication strategies.

Verifying backgrounds via reference-checking. Enrolls and registers new employees by issuing forms and applications, verifying their completion.

Serves as an HR Generalist focusing on brokering solutions to complex business problems. Documentation report activity / recruitment activity Exhibit team leadership by inspiring others to work collaboratively to achieve a common goal Apply service excellence concepts to the HR Generalist role and demonstrate key behaviors, actions, and competencies that support everyday excellence.

QUALIFICATION : Candidate must possess at least in Bachelor s Degree in Psychology from an accredited university. Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Human Resource Management or equivalent.

Having experience in the Human Resource Department Proficiency in English communication both oral & written Basic knowledge of company policy and procedure in accordance with state laws regarding employment practices.

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with tact, diplomacy, and discretion. Flexible and works well with a team or individual Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Ability to handle the high working load with a tight deadline At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
