1.Produces high quality food according to the standard recipes.
2.Communicates politely and displays courtesy to guests.
3.Communicates to his / her supervisor for any difficulties, guest comment and other relevant information.
4.Establishes and maintains effective employee working relationship.
5.Attends and participates in daily briefing or other meetings as scheduled.
6.Attends and participates in training sessions as scheduled.
7.Prepare in advance food, material and equipment needed for service.
8.Cleans and resets his / her working area.
9.Implements Hotel and Department regulations, policies and procedures but not limited to :
a.House Rules and Regulation
e.Hygiene and Cleanliness
10.Performs other related duties and special projects as assigned.
11.Produces high quality food according to the standard recipes.
12. Minimize wastage and spoilage and full implement for the portion control.
