We are now seeking a Service Sales Engineer to join our team in Jakarta who will be responsible for service sales of Power and Water Generation in accordance with Business Unit and APAC Hub sales strategy, to achieve both qualitative and quantitative targets in a profitable way.
You will also ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive selling and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues.
Reporting to the Product Group Manager, your key areas of responsibility will include, but are not limited to :
Establish sales targets and ensure sales achievement through regular oversight and definition
Implement Service strategy through IB coverage directly, through channels and develop the market to achieve goals for 2020
Identify opportunities with existing, potential new customers, determine plans for marketing activities to promote and extend sales coverage
Support the development of strong relationship with key customers and decision makers
Participate on negotiations of key contracts and manage ongoing cost
Coordinate the flow of information for sales activities and evaluate data to ensure achievement of goals
Monitor client financial status, report any changes regarding risk to relevant internal partner teams and identify and manage potential risks relating to contract agreements across customers / channels
Key requirements include :
Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation / Control Engineering with domain experience in Power and Water Generation Industry
Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience in automation service sales
Excellent customer relations in Utilities, Private Developers and EPC that have presence in Indonesia
