DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Job Pre-requisite : Consumer Insight Manager should have a strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodology, also good analytical skills to handle any kind of research methodology and to manage information across different sources.

Key responsibility per activities : Fact-based information gaining knowledge : Primary Research & Secondary Research Knowledge development : New insight, New opportunity Optimum utilization of consumer research result Liaise with Head office and other affiliates Competency Requirement : Good reporting skills Ability to analyze and interpret data Good communication in English Good presentation skills Analytical ability to deal with large information / data Good networking and interpersonal skills to interact with various parties both internal and external Attention to detail Education : Bachelor degree, preferably from Mathematics / Statistic, Physics or social science Experiences : Should have more than 3 years of working experience as Consumer Insight Manager is Fragrance / Flavor house industries.

OR, Should have more than 5 years of working experience in research industries or in consumer insight / marketing research division in consumer goods company.
