Requirements :

  • candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree of Human Resources Management / Management / Psychology
  • Required skill(s) : executive recruitment, recruitment & selection process, analytical analysis, HAV mapping
  • at least 2 years of working experience in the related field
  • preferably supervisor / coordinator specializing in Human Resources or equivalent
  • full time position available
  • Willing to be place in Thamrin, Jakarta Pusat
  • Responsibilities :

  • handle recruitment process for staff & supervisor level
  • coordinating subordinate in creating weekly & monthly target, and also monitoring the progress
  • controlling & assist department head with budget within the section, and ensure all annual work plan & activities complete based on approved time target
  • fulfill recruitment process according to SLA (service level agreement) based on man power planning that has been approved by management
  • reviewing & creating SOP within section / department
  • responsible in employee / human resource competency profile mapping
  • handling all talent management process & data (including mutation, promotion, rotation)
