Engineering Supervisorwill assist Assistant Chief Engineer and Chief Engineer to manage the Engineering Team to efficiently maintain all hotel operations such that safety, security, conversation, and compliance are ensured at the highest levels.
What will I be doing?
As Engineering Supervisor, you will be responsible to maintain and upkeep the entire hotel with all its equipment and facility, to manage the maintenance and repairing planning professionally, provide water, heat, lighting and power for the entire hotel, concerned with ensuring that the hotel building is safe and efficiently maintained to meet guest expectations through the implementation of a comprehensive rooms, public areas, plants and equipment maintenance program.
Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards :
To receive trouble report from various department.
To oversee general repairs, fabricates, installations, operation and preventive with regards to electrical, mechanical, air-
conditioning, fire protection, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, painting, kitchen equipment, sound and MATV system, sewage plants etc.
Reads log books and follow up as required
Updates logbook and communicates important information
To ensure all works carried out should be in schedule, and should fully comply with local safety rules and regulations.
To perform general routine inspection of company’s vital operation machinery, equipment and public lightings so as to ensure smooth operating as to schedule.
To distribute spare-parts, equipment, supplies to Engineering Technicians.
To update bin cards and re-order parts.
To fill form and summarize all issuing inventory items on daily basis.
Performs any special duties assigned by Chief Engineer / Assistant Chief Engineering
Allocate daily assignment to Technician.

Degree / Diploma in any technical related fields with five years in Hotel Industry.

Ability to handle demanding schedules and providing technical support on process and quality improvement.
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions :
Vocational training in engineering or similar field
