Essential and optional requirements

Have similar position at least 3 years

Key tasks

Will be in charge of driving the business of the hotel, setting up pricing strategy and give the right recommendations to Sales, reservation and reception team to maximize Hotel revenue reporting directly to General Manager

Implement strategy to maximize revenue, ensuring precise forecasting competitiveness within the market

Organizing hotel staff training to ensure a consistent global understanding of RM concepts

Ensure that all Accor revenue Management procedures are in place

Active participation in hotel budget related meetings and quarterly business reviews held by Accor Jakarta Head Office

The position requires you to work closely with the General Manager and continuously communicate with Sales Department to highlight needs periods to optimize high demand periods
