Role Summary :
New Product Launch Lead (NPL Lead) is accountable to set and lead the new launch plan preparation and initiate cross functional coordination, right after the confirmation of the products are processed in regulatory submission up to 6 months of commercial launch.
The role has all new launch responsibilities across therapeutic areas, including the TAs that have not been settled in the country.
Primary responsibility is to lead and track the launch progress, lead the process of market preparation including pricing model, KOLs development and distribution readiness, lead hospital listing process prior of launch up to 6 months post launch, and to support Commercial Leads (CLs or CM) to prepare the commercial model of products that are not in the range of existing categories.
Role Responsibilities :
Build and update cross functional platform to ensure the deliverable of launch excellenceDevelop launch readiness tracker and drive the utilization of tracker to all stakeholdersInitiate and lead the launch preparation coordination and drive functional accountability to meet the agreed timeline and quality of works.
Develops proper remediation plans for identified risks when applicable with strong agility
2. Operational and Business Performance
Makes strategic decisions to prioritize activities should there is any stretch situation through a rigorous coordination with key stakeholdersClose follow up to monitor the implementation of launch plan in each functional team and update the progress in timely manner to the related commercial lead.
Build the specific launch KPIs of each brand and track the progress persistentlyLead market preparation : supply forecast, pricing, KOLs development, and hospital / institution listing planLead the transition of launch hand-over after 6 months of launch to respective marketerPartner with Commercial, Medical, Regulatory, Corporate Affairs, Finance, GSC and Pricing team to shape the launch plan in the business space

Minimum Qualifications :
Proven success in leading launches and well experienced the marketing of various brands or therapeutic areas (min. 5 years of experience)Able to demonstrate strong collaboration with internal team such as Commercial, Regulatory, Medical, Finance, Public Affairs, Supply and above market colleagues as well as external stakeholders to deliver launch excellenceBroad knowledge and experience of the relevant healthcare and pharmaceutical environmentFluent in English written and spoken
