Co-create the Service Management strategy for complex multi-domain opportunities.
Design leadership provide direction to internal Business Units, 3rd Parties and Design resources to ensure each solution is appropriate to the Customer’s requirements and solution strategy and is costed accordingly.
Partner with the proposal team in documenting and presenting solution / s to clients and provide subject matter expertise on the service management and design constraints for inclusion in bids / proposals including input into estimates and costings.
Undertake appropriate due diligence on all proposed solutions.
Develop end to end cost / risk models underpinning customer solutions including all elements of service management and technology
Finalising solution and ensuring solution integrity - You will be accountable for co-ordinating the review of your solution to ensure commercial viability and to seek stakeholder sign off
Financial / commercial orientation - Undertake financial evaluation and provide input to Sales Business Cases incorporating pricing models with appropriate margins for Managed Service solutions
Utilise deep knowledge of the ITIL service management framework and other practice service management methodologies in the development of customer solutions and market offers.
