Secure& WIN Planned Service Agreement (PSA) businesses for Johnson Controls’Business Units (BU)
PerformPSA Sales & Marketing scheduled visitation to new and existing PSA clients.
Must-WinBattles The process focuses to the key priorities : Make a real difference , Be market focus , Create excitement , Be specific and tangible & Bewinnable
ProvideConsultation i.e. helping non PSA customers (within the scope of JohnsonControls’ expertise) to explore any possibility to engage with Johnson Control.
How you will do it
Planscheduled visitation to new and existing PSA clients
Establishingand cultivating long term business relationships by understanding andanticipating customer needs & priorities and delivering effective solutionsvia feedback to operations.
Todiligently convert the existing Installed Base (IB) in order to improve theLinkage Ratio for Johnson Controls’ Business Units (BU)
Toachieve financial goal set for each PSA.
What we look for
Bachelor’sDegree in any business related discipline / Bachelor of Science / Bachelor ofEngineering in any of the following Electrical / Electronics / Mechanicalfield.
Basicknowledge in Air-conditioner and / or BAS / CCTV / Fire Fighting / Fire Alarm / Card Access Security System would be added advantage.
1to 3 years’ experience in sales or sales management experience in technicallyoriented sales.
Demonstratedknowledge of industry and company products and services.
Evaluatesexisting market coverage and opportunity and develops plans for each channelsto maximize sales.
Computerliterate, preferably knowledge in MS Word and Excel.
Fluentin written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
