DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN The Employer The Employer is an IT Solutions company which offers a range of products and services to clients in the BFSI industries.

Its main draws are that its products are highly scalable and adaptable to what a business needs. It has a presence in over 20 different countries, with subsidiaries in the US, Singapore, Dubai and the Philippines.

The company also partners with leading global IT companies, in addition to having its own enterprise products. The company would like to bring on board a dynamic sales professional from the IT services industry to join the team as : Position : Business Development Manager (CRM Solutions)Job Code : EXP / BDM / CRMS / JKT / 0620Location : Jakarta, Indonesia Responsibilities The selected candidate will be responsible for selling the company's software solutions to clients in the Insurance, Banking, and Financial Services sectors.

He / she will identify possible areas where clients may need expertise and set up meetings to pursue the opportunities identified.

He / She will be responsible for : Driving regional or national sales strategies Coordinating / planning prospecting goals Identifying target markets and creating business planning strategies Setting up the sales and delivery strategies Developing new business through extensive cold calling and sales skills Managing sales demonstrations and coordinating status meetings as needed Reporting regularly on sales progress and working with peers to overcome obstacles Developing and delivering sales presentations on behalf of the Company Understanding and clearly articulating the company s value proposition Responsible for qualifying prospects, understanding pain areas, and managing the sales process to closure Responsible for the successful management of the needs of the Company's customers in order to meet the objectives of overall business plans and strategies Remaining knowledgeable about market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategiesRequirements Ideal candidates will have : A diploma / degree from reputed institutions 8-10 years of relevant working experience in reputed IT Services companies in Indonesia Experience in selling to clients in the BFSI industries is mandatory Understanding of CRM tools and customer expectations Deep knowledge of verticals, buying cycles and competition Experience in selling CRM solutions would be a bonus Excellent client relationship management skills Excellent communication skills and corporate presentations.

Fluency in English Ability to work in cross-cultural teams across multiple time zones Independent, self-driven and resourceful High energy level.
