Responsibilities1. Develop and implement B2B marketing strategy to grow TikTok's advertising business in Indonesia 2. Develop messaging, narratives and collaterals to engage advertisers in Indonesia (including large brands, SMBs and media agencies)3.
Work closely with regional and global marketing teams to localise strategies and campaigns for the Indonesia market4. Work closely with sales, PR, product and other cross-functional teams to drive marketing programs in Indonesia 5.
Develop local industry, customer and market insights to shape business strategy 6. Activate integrated marketing campaigns including events, PR, advertising, social media and industry partnershipsQualifications1.
8+ years of experience in marketing, communications, consulting or business strategy 2. Experience in media, advertising or technology industries 3.
Excellent written and verbal communications in English and Bahasa Indonesia 4. Track record of working with and influencing sales & other cross-functional teams5.
Experience developing integrated marketing strategies and executing go-to-market plans 6. Strong understanding of TikTok's solutions, the advertising industry and Indonesia market
