Responsibilities- Partner with sales to develop brand and media proposals for clients and partners, including developing media plans and creative campaigns - Develop TikTok creator and content strategy to meet clients' briefs and business / advertising needs- Monitor content ecosystems on TikTok and competitor platforms, and collaborate with content and user marketing teams to improve the diversity of partner content- Develop messaging, narratives and collaterals to engage advertisers in Indonesia (including large brands, SMBs and media agencies)- Develop seasonal sales packages & narratives (e.

g., Tet package, Retail narrative) to drive adoption of TikTok's ad solutionsQualifications- At least 5 years's relevant experience in content marketing agency or Media Agency where you have direct experience working with influencers / KOLs- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia - Coordinate with creators or influencers on content creation- A data-driven approach to working with content and community - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Track record of enabling sales to drive business outcomes and revenue - Interest for social issues, breaking news and popular trends in SEA, a good understanding of the pop culture, a sense for trends and virality
