As Game Operations Marketing, you will play an important role to help us in our overall marketing efforts. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from our games.
Game Operations Marketing should be a competent professional able to grasp user behavior trends and generate creative ideas.
You should also be well-versed in specialized marketing concepts, principles, and tactics.
Develop and manage end to end marketing campaigns
Contribute to the overall marketing planning and provide a strategic suggestion on creative designs
Responsible for the online and offline marketing of a mobile game in our regional markets
Execute marketing plan to ensure objective and target are achieved
Work closely with colleagues from other functions i.e. design, developer, and operation teams to meet the KPI target of new user acquisition
Take charge of generating reports for measuring marketing performance
Engage in community activity (online and offline) and feedback users preference
Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field
Proficient in MS excel while being meticulous and sensitive to numbers
Possess a creative and passionate personality
Ability to learn a game and grasp the nuances of its community quickly
Possess problem-solving attitude
Ability to work independently while being a great team player
