Designs, develops and maintains software solutions using industry best practices and standards
Works with vendors and assists with installation, configuration, integration and customization of their system solution
Writes, edits and improves technical and software documentation
Supervises outsource engineer, engages with other engineers and stakeholders to solve problem, give improvement and value added in development area
Research and recommends new technologies
Produces specifications and determines operational feasibility
Ensures the necessary support and advice is provided in an effective manner, demonstrating a good technical understanding of identified applications.
Participate and ensure root cause analysis (RCA) activities on users impacting incidents are executed and action items are assigned and completed to make long-term solution
Supports each other between peers and development best practices trade-offs
Collaborate with IT Vendor
Bachelor Degree (Strata-1) from respectable Universities with major in Informatics, Electrical, Economic, Management, Technical
Experience working for software product development
Extensive experience in software development, scripting and project management
Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems engineering role
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in professional core application development
Knowledge of state of the art software development technology
Strong capability in application programming, experiences with other object oriented languages are advantageous
Experience with SQL & RDBM systems
A solid understanding of how applications work including security, session management, and best development practices
Experience in Source Code control management
Familiar with automation process tools (UiPath) is a plus value
Ability to work in matrix environment
