The incumbent will maintain the existing power utilities and infrastructure Key Accounts and grow new strategic Key Account partners in the B2B market, while developing more dealers in the B2C market, specifically for the area of Jakarta and West Java electrical retail market.
Achieve sales objectives as set by Management for the specific products in the assigned account / territory and discuss Key Account plan and obstacles with supervisor frequently.
Apply business unit marketing policies, procedures and plans, and proactively report all new or unusual pertinent market conditions to supervisor as well as product performance information.
Maintain sell-out channels in the assigned Key Accounts and develop new channels if needed.
Represent business unit products and services to customers and prospect and provide appropriate sales support services to customers and distributors.
Handling simple complaint independently and request instruction and assistance from superior in situations which require either greater or different experience or knowledge.
Possesses a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Has no less than 3 years of work experience as a sales engineer or Key Account sales for project & retail in a multinational company.
Has good experience dealing with the Low, Medium to High Voltage electrical related industry.
Has rich experience in power utilities (PLN / IPP) and in dealing with Low, Medium to High Voltage contractors.
Has good knowledge of customers in the power utilities segment and their needs in the related market.
Has good experience developing electrical retail dealers, sub-dealers, and authorized channels.
Possesses good selling skills, communication skills, influencing and specifying product skills, and territory management skills.
Speaks and writes well in the English language.
Experience using Salesforce.com is an added advantage.
