Job responsibility

Drive the development and implementation of the regionaldistribution strategy

Further develop and manage the regional distribution network

Promote specific assigned portfolio element within thedistribution and retail channel and develop the related marketing strategy

Conduct regular product trainings for distribution partners andsupport the launch of new products in the market

Develop and implement the retail business strategy includingthe related promotion plan for Tier 2 distributors

Plan sales volumes and potentials of target distributors andconduct the needed sales action plan to achieve the business targets with them

Analyses distributors' markets, strategy, position and needs,investigates and evaluates specific business opportunities for products

Supports the development of strategic frameworks standardizedprocesses for distribution business by preparing list pricing, discountstructures, incentive schemes, return policies, stock proposals, etc.

Supports stock management activities throughout the country

Develop local action plan with distributors in defined regions

Provides information via CRM for forecasts and planning andcomplete sales and revenue related key reporting

Key job requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
  • Minimum 3 years professional sales experiencewithin the electrical industry or similar product business
  • Ideally experience in managing product distributionchannel
  • Experience and knowledge about low -voltageproducts
  • Strong communication skills and ability to buildand maintain customer relationships
