  • DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN The Role : Communications Ensure information about our company and software solutions is accurate across the internet Write content (blog articles, press releases, and thought pieces) aligned with our company's culture, style, and messaging Create, edit, or adapt content into professional formats and new pieces Develop crisp, clean, and modern positioning, messaging, and digital advertising that compels action and reaches target audiences quickly and effectively Execute strategies for increasing the visibility of our company for our targeted audience (and propose new ones) Research, recommend, and manage public relations and media partnerships Develop and maintain a press list and develop a media engagement and outreach strategy Evaluate marketing partners and advertising vendors for inclusion in marketing strategies;
  • negotiate contracts and pricing. Plan the local events, and organize online and offline activities in combination with current news or product marketing needs.

    Explore valuable content partners, to do cooperation or invitation, build a formed KOL / CP team, help them in basic guide, daily management and service.

    Digital Marketing Strategize, plan, and optimimize digital marketing campaigns across digital marketing channels (e.g. website, social media platforms, digital ad platforms, email marketing, etc.

    Monitor incoming traffic and optimize incoming traffic programs Monitor performance across channels and suggest optimization techniques to increase and improve leads Contribute to building social media best practices, monitor content calendars and report on consistency.

    Be responsible for DAU (Dailu Active User), user stay time, user return visit rate and other key performance data of local site.

    Qualifications required : FLUENT IN ENGLISH IS A MUST. Bachelor's degree Self-motivation, attention to detail, organized mindset and the ability to prioritize Strategic and creative thinking Proactive, problem-solving personality A love of interpreting "technology-speak" into business speak, in the style of "plain English" An analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize insights from various data Technical savviness Great writing skills Experience in copywriting and image editing skills, video editing skills (can use Photoshop / Premier) are preferred.
