The primary purpose of this role is to drive continuous improvement culture, wastes elimination, and high predictability of results.
These should manifest in simplified but more effective processes, achieve more with less cost, people or effort, reduced processing time, safer work place, right-first-time products, which in turns improve profitability and customers satisfactions.
The role owns the CI processes and is responsible for identification, valuation, prioritization, execution, tracking and reporting of CI projects and opportunities.
It also functions to drive root-cause analysis, reduction of variability of inputs and processes, facilitates CI knowledge management, trainings and CI talents development.
