Sales achievementEffectively implement sales strategy and tactics in accordance with company policiesRegularly monitor territory’s sales performance to initiate appropriate actions to ensure performance is in line with goalsFacilitate enlistment of newly launched and key products in hospitals and clinics
Territory business planningConduct analysis of market / competitors to identify territory business opportunitiesDevelop territory business plan and allocate resources (e.
g. call activities, budget) to customers of greatest potential for optimal sales impactParticipate in promotional activity programs to increase product awareness in the market
Customer managementUpdate territory customer classification, database and call records continuouslySeek to understand stated customer needs and requirements and tailors products / services accordingly.
Explore and expand new customer base in line with SFE guidelinesBuild trust and credibility with customers by demonstrating professionalism acting within the Abbott Code of Business ConductCheck stock and advise on customer inventories
Reporting & administrationSubmit Monthly reports commenting on deviations from Business Plan and intended actions to align performance with goalsEnsure punctual delivery of reports
Self and peer development Actively contribute in every training and development opportunity, field coaching and annual performance reviews, and demonstrate initiative to act upon identified development areas.
Attend & actively participate in sales meetings, product and sales trainingWorks cooperatively with team members to achieve core message delivery, planned annual call investment on target customers and achievement of business plans.
Effectively facilitate the development of other team members and resolve conflicts and challenges within the team.
