Hold a bachelor degree from a reputable university

Min. 4 years experience in the same fields

Young, dynamic and a fast learner

Have experience in both Online & Offline Marketing will be an advantage

Fluency in English and Bahasa

Can work both in team and independent with a minimum supervision

A problem solver with a good communication skills

Have a good networking channels

Strong analytic skills and data-driven thinking

We are looking for a Leader that have a strong will and proven experience in managing team.

You will need to be able to adapt in a dynamic pace, since you will be part of a dynamic-young-fast startup!


Crafting strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative

Ultimately, you will run our Marketing department in ways that promote higher profitability and competitiveness

Developing plans to help establish our brand, allocating resources to different projects and setting short-term and long-term department goals

Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)

Manage and Finding the right event or workshop for BD’s team to attend

Set our own internal event to acquire more leads

Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share

Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)

Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness

Preparing and managing monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department

Setting, monitoring and reporting on team goals

Works with other teams (Operations, Marketing, Sales, Partnership, Product) to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages

Representing AVANA in public events
