YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES :

Build & Implement Strategic Marketing Plans

  • Create and publish all marketing campaigns in line with marketing plans.
  • Make periodical store visits to better understand the business marketing needs.
  • Working closely with the brand team(s) and operational team to make sure the promotion / events is align and well delivered.
  • Assist in providing Marketing advice and support to line managers and retail associate, explaining the promotion in a timely effective manner
  • Ensure all marketing materials are approved by Brand and / or Directors.
  • Build effective working relations with Ops Manager(s) in country.
  • Partner with Brand(s) and regional team to develop a marketing calendar, promotion & PR strategies.
  • PR & Media Relations

  • Have a good relationship with Media, KOL & Mall management for any tie up opportunities.
  • Distribution of press releases to media / any PR related issue on regular basis
  • Conduct media and press events for seasonal launches.
  • Assisting managers in developing advertising, public relations, and promotional events and strategies for the Brand(s).
  • Increasing the PR value of the brands portfolio. Analysing the PR performance locally and recommending the appropriate action plan to drive higher PR coverage
  • Events and Promotions Execution

  • Plan and implement marketing calendar for positive brand building through promotional activities.
  • CRM and Customer Management.

  • Identify and monitor customers for each Brand(s) in each Store(s).
  • Assisting managers in building and implement appropriate plans to manage customers and grow their respective sales.
  • Visual Merchandising & POS Coordination

  • Oversee all POS marketing related matters
  • Maintain understanding of store layout / windows / product info and visual merchandising concepts
  • Partner with POS coordinator & visual merchandising to execute POS marketing in work with visual merchandising and store operations team to ensure store marketing is optimised and effective
  • Reporting and Analysis

  • Prepare monthly marketing related reports
  • Ensure timely submission of all marketing reports including post-event reports.
  • Review and research marketing campaigns of competitor brands.
  • Track marketing performance, gather consumer insights and evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Deliver post program and promotion analysis and key best practises to Management.
  • Others

  • Perform other related functions as instructed or delegated by immediate supervisor or Management from time to time.
  • Support marketing functions e.g event execution, running and compiling reports, administrative work and all other marketing-related responsibilities tasked by immediate supervisor.
  • Staff to conduct themselves in a proper and professional manner in compliance with the Code of Business Conduct.
  • REQUIREMENTS :

  • Minimum a Bachelor Degree in Marketing
  • Minimum 8 years of management experience retail beauty and FMCG or a comparable retail environment.
  • Fluent English and both in written and spoken. Knowledge of other language (especially Chinese) is added advantage.
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Strong Financial Acumen
  • Ability to handle stress, show resilience and adapt to changing market trends.
  • Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
  • Excellent communicator
  • Good Persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in computer skills
