You will be responsible for generating business, increase ABB market share and achieve the sales figures with profitable growth for MV and Low Voltage products in the Utility segments in Electrifications Business in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Generating new business, increasing ABB market share and exceeding the target sales figures with profitable growth for the power conditioning product portfolio in country.
Managing and taking ownership for the Power Conditioning product line budget and forecast whilst ensuring communication and support of the Product Marketing Director (PMD) for complete Electrification Smart Power (ELSP) budget reporting.
Engaging with colleagues including Global & Country Segment leads such as Semiconductor, Food & Beverage, Data Centre to develop & deliver action plans to develop and secure new and existing opportunities.
Collaborating with other Project Managers (PMs), hold training seminars and other events to promote ABB products in the assigned segments through internal sales, channel partners, consultants, contractors, OEM and end-users.
Supporting and developing the sales & marketing team by coaching, motivating and developing salesmen and sales support staff with application and product knowledge.
Preparing the technical / commercial solutions for Power Conditioning, translate customer requirements into appropriate technology solutions & proposals.
Supporting the wider ABB sales organisation during the technical meeting, product presentations and negotiations.
Building & maintaining technical knowledge relating to all products and applications used in the Power Protection Product Group.
Collaborating with factory team to review vendor proposals from a contractual and technical point of view.
Seeking the feedback competitor information to Project Manager PM team for market intelligence in order to increase our competitiveness.

A University Degree in Electrical Engineering
More than 2-5 year experience working with relevant Consultants and Contractors, Distributors, industry users at a senior level in the Critical Power, Power Quality or closely related industry.
Experienced in consultative technical sales with 12month sales cycle.
Attention to detail, self-starter, proactive, ability to learn, good interpersonal skills and result oriented.
Able to work under pressure and willing to travel within assigned territory and overseas
Good Computer knowledge, Microsoft Office essential & Salesforce ideal.
Good command of spoken and written English.
