JobDuties & Responsibilities : Perform its duties to :

  • Engage and proactively partner with BU / SU Heads in understanding their business needs and provide strategic advice and initiatives to achieve the business goals
  • Provide the strategic interface to BU / SU Heads / stakeholders through the provision of high quality guidance and support in developing and progressing people management solutions to achieve business objectives
  • Building a strong collaboration betweenall internal functions in Human Resources Department in order to partnering with BU / SU
  • Drive and support the development and delivery of cultural change plans and interventions
  • Coach, support, mentor and challenge managers in the application of HR policies and practices, provide advice and guidance on complex HR issues in order to minimize risk and financial exposure
  • Education / PreferredQualifications :

    A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent fromreputable university with relevant major background.

    Possess exceptional leadership skills, demonstratingan ability to move a group with a unified vision and common objective, and in acommon direction.

  • Experienced in building awareness on keyorganizational issues and presenting a relevant solution, guide departmentalheads, management, and stakeholders through a collaborative and shared decisionmaking process.
  • Experience in human resourcesadvantageous conversant with the full spectrum ofhuman resource functions
  • Strong Business Acumen
  • Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and team facilitationskills.
  • Excellent written as well as verbalcommunication and presentation skills.
  • Effective Time Management and Priorities ManagementSkills
  • Project Management and Change Managementskills.
  • Good understanding of internal and external HRrelated Law and Regulatory
  • Computer literate proficiency in Ms. Word,Excel, and PowerPoint.
