JobDuties & Responsibilities : Perform its duties to :
Engage and proactively partner with BU / SU Heads in understanding their business needs and provide strategic advice and initiatives to achieve the business goals
Provide the strategic interface to BU / SU Heads / stakeholders through the provision of high quality guidance and support in developing and progressing people management solutions to achieve business objectives
Building a strong collaboration betweenall internal functions in Human Resources Department in order to partnering with BU / SU
Drive and support the development and delivery of cultural change plans and interventions
Coach, support, mentor and challenge managers in the application of HR policies and practices, provide advice and guidance on complex HR issues in order to minimize risk and financial exposure
Education / PreferredQualifications :
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent fromreputable university with relevant major background.
Possess exceptional leadership skills, demonstratingan ability to move a group with a unified vision and common objective, and in acommon direction.
Experienced in building awareness on keyorganizational issues and presenting a relevant solution, guide departmentalheads, management, and stakeholders through a collaborative and shared decisionmaking process.
Experience in human resourcesadvantageous conversant with the full spectrum ofhuman resource functions
