  • Responsibleto achieve financial growth for branch office, defines annual branch strategicgoals, builds key customer relationships (Agent, Brokers, Banks, Direct).
  • Identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals andmaintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
  • Responsible to manage existing clients, develop a rapport with newclients, to grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions andservices to clients.
  • Qualifications

  • Experience in similar role ina multinational general insurancecompany and experience in managinginsurance business, especially agency management.
  • Strong in business sense and networking, achievementorientation and focus on customer orientation
  • Strong leadership behavior and proven trackrecord on managing team
  • AAAIK qualification or other relevantprofessional qualification
  • Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercisesound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
  • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgencyand results-orientation
