As Arla Foods strengthens its Southeast Asia business with the newly signed joint venture agreement with ICBP, a rare and exciting opportunity has arisen to help lead and shape the digital growth agenda in the Indonesian market.

The role is based in Jakarta and to report to the Head of Digital Acceleration.

Your Challenge :

This specialized digital acceleration manager will provide support in strategy design while leading its implementation in the assigned area and managing its day-to-day operation.

With the guidance of Head of Digital Acceleration work closely with other member of the division in co-manage the overall JV digital ecosystem.

Your key tasks will include : Digital Assets & Content

Digital Assets & Content

  • To co-design the overall strategy and to lead the implementation of all JV digital assets, both own channel, social media, and other relevant platforms.
  • To protect, maintain and expand JV digital assets and its content and making sure that they’re always in line with brand positioning / identity / strategy / campaign and.
  • To ensure the integration of these digital assets into platforms that connects and strengthen each other and staying ahead of the competition in term of technology, solution, and consumer experience.
  • To drive alignment and collaboration especially with brand management team as well as other member of digital acceleration team to create a seamless consumer experience from awareness to final purchase.
  • To orchestrate external digital support / agencies / enablers / technology and ensuring these supporting system are integrative in achieving digital acceleration business objectives
  • To provide relevant data analytics and insight from social media in building stronger consumer understanding across the commercial team of the JV
  • Act as the trusted innovator as well as advisor in all digital related topics, especially in content based marketing, social media best practice and innovation
  • E-Commerce

  • To co-design the overall strategy and to lead the implementation of JV E-commerce initiatives.
  • To protect, maintain, and expand JV E-stores, ensuring its leading position in the customer’s platform vis-à-vis competition in term of visibility, solution, as well as consumer experience.
  • To lead the business development conversation, trade negotiation and trade strategy with E-commerce customers.
  • To achieve E-commerce financial target / sales ambition within the agreed budget framework
  • To drive alignment and collaboration especially with brand management team as well as other member of digital acceleration team to create a seamless consumer experience from awareness to final purchase.
  • To orchestrate external digital support / agencies / enablers / technology and ensuring these supporting system are integrative, efficient, and effective in achieving E-
  • commerce business objectives

  • To align with the head of sales in ensuring a harmonious channel strategy between on-line and off-line,
  • To maximize-optimize E-commerce related investment as per budget framework to achieve the agreed business commitment
  • To provide relevant data analytics and insight from E-commerce in building stronger consumer understanding across the commercial team of the JV
  • Digital Activation & CRM

  • To co-design the overall precision marketing, targeting-retargeting, and digital media strategy and lead its implementation throughout all JV digital assets or other relevant platforms from consumer awareness leads to purchase
  • To support marketing in translating / projecting brand strategy into consumer journey in digital context, leading the design, placement, as well as execution of digital, activation, and ensure that it is staying ahead versus competition in term of target precision, relevance, as well as impact.
  • To drive alignment and collaboration especially with brand management team as well as other member of digital acceleration team to create a seamless consumer experience from awareness to final purchase.
  • To lead the development, implementation, maintenance and expansion of digital CRM with a strong connection with E-commerce
  • To be the leader of consolidated digital data analytics from every source to create an integrative understanding of digital consumer behaviour
  • Solid Digital experience

    You must have a degree and your background covers at least 4 years of experience in highly reputable digital companies. You are expected to have digital expertise in the areas of social media management, digital marketing campaign and digital media placement strategy.

    It will be an advantage if you have experience in other commercial functions including brand management, consumer insights or channel marketing.
