Leverage it to develop a vision for the strategic account management organization, identify opportunities and co-create solutions that bring added value to the customer and BIAH.
Determine customer-centric metrics to evaluate success.
Duties & Responsibilities :
Responsible for the Management of the PET VET Key Accounts and large accounts in Jakarta and larger cities in Indonesia
Development and implementation of strategic key account management plan including short term, mid term and long term action plans
Drive for results by operating efficiently, both at a tactical level and from a more long-term planning perspective. Deliver and document against the plan.
Direct Sales to selected KA in alignment with compliance
Provide Competitor information on pricing, customer activities, participation in exhibition etc
Provide input to new marketing activities according to preferences from customer
Maintain and update AH support functions on operational activities
Ownership of CVM / CRM tools / database PET VETS (VEEVA)
Initiates, establishes and maintains a relationship and channel of communication internally and externally including co-
promotion partners, Territory Managers, National Sales Manager and departments in Boehringer Ingelheim.
Communicates timely, relevant, accurate and consistent information in a clear and concise manner to Field Force.
