Reporting to Head of Sales Department, you will coordinate all activity to provide timely and effective administrative and general support and completing report duties to the assigned department in order to ensure department activities are running well.
Perform administrative support for the assigned department so that these activities are completed accurately and on time.
These activities may include preparing documents, reports and presentation materials, screening and responding to incoming correspondence, routine inquiries, and phone calls;
taking minutes of meeting; maintaining office supplies or other inventory; updating databases, filling, etc.
Coordinate internal and external meetings and events so that they run smoothly. This may include scheduling appointments and meeting times, making travel arrangements, and ensuring that various meeting amenities are available, i.
e. venue, equipment, food and drinks.
Perform other administrative tasks using independent judgement and discretion according to established guidelines and procedures and follow up on pending matters with limited direction.
University degree in any discipline
Work experiences 1-2 Years, preferably in related field.
Good computer skills ( MS Office : Word, Excel, Power Point, Project and Access ).
Good English both oral and written.
Good interpersonal skill, time management and attention to details.
