Demonstrated ability to convert projects and maintain and develop relationships
Strong hydropower discipline in design or planning
Selling and realistically the cost
Articulate the detail required to clients when selling
Articulate requirements to internal team / work with them and review their work
Demonstrated and established connections / relationships with SE Asian companies with an interest in hydro
Minimum 15 years of overall engineering experience (may have project management, team lead experience, construction managementas well as design exp) with preferably :
Minimum 10 years’ experience in hydro or hydro related disciplines (ie civil, structural, geotechnical, dam, dam safety, hydraulics, hydrology, hydro-
mechanical, hydro-electrical engineering) and :
Minimum 2 years hydropower planning experience (putting it all together)
Minimum 5 years SE Asia experience
Well-developed report writing and communication skills
Willling to relocate to Jakarata and travel to key hydro markets country (Indonesia / Laos / Philippines / Malaysia / Vietnam etc.)
Established connections / relationships with SE Asian companies with an interest in hydro
Able to lead and build a team with people positively, proactive and driven and works well with people
