Responsibilities :

  • Create parameters score for merchants who will apply for loans through Mitra Toppers (specific to each partner as needed) such as;
  • Number of Transaction, Amount Transaction, Product type (Low Risk / High Risk), How long does the business run? Etc.

  • Conduct periodic reviews with BPO for partners in order to increase approval rate / success rate.
  • Develop a campaign with a merchant function / directorate to socialize related to the program "Business loans through Mitra Toppers"
  • Collect, manipulate, and analyse data using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
  • Identify and interpret trends or patterns in data sets
  • Conduct research about working capital business lending and make recommendations that impact strategic business direction
  • Work closely with other divisions to solve business problems
  • Explore and examine data from a variety of angles to determine hidden weaknesses, trends, and / or opportunities.
  • Read research papers / article to create the best model about Fintech
  • Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in a business development, marketing, or an equivalent role, with experience working in payment and fintech.
  • Hands-on, reliable team player, who has the ability to work independently without direct supervision.
  • Active communication, result-oriented
  • Proficient in negotiation and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and creative thinking person
  • Must be able work well in a team and in a fast-paced environment
