You will be responsible to Develop weekly schedules within the team scheduling based on direction and work received by the Principal Investigator, Project Coordinator, Vice Coordinator, Field & Science Coordinator.
Determine the weekly coaching agenda given to health workers using tablets with OpenSRP applications or other innovation technologies based on input from the field and Data Team, Create weekly coaching materials to health workers using tablets with OpenSRP applications or other innovation technologies.
Selection Criteria You must have :
Postgraduate qualifications in public health or related discipline (pref. Masters Degree)
Experience working in epidemiology research is desirable and demonstrated experience in quantitative data analysis, including the use of statistical packages (e.g. Stata, SAS)
Strong managerial skill including administrative and organizational skills
Strong computer and database skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
Effective communication skills
Repoiting skills fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia
Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
